By accessing, registering with, or using the sisi4d platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations governing online gambling in your jurisdiction. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
sisi4d reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and sisi4d. By clicking "I Agree" during registration or by using our services, you affirm your consent to these terms.
To register an account and use sisi4d services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
sisi4d is an adults-only platform. Providing false information regarding your age or identity during registration is a serious violation that will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
To use sisi4d services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. All information must match the details on your KTP (Indonesian national identity card).
During registration, you will create a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. sisi4d will never ask you to share your password via email, phone, or live chat.
sisi4d operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. Within 72 hours of registration, you must upload a clear photograph or scan of your KTP. Additional documentation may be requested, including:
Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of registration will result in account restrictions, including inability to withdraw funds.
You must notify sisi4d immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We recommend using a strong password combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Never share your account credentials with third parties. sisi4d is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain adequate security.
sisi4d accepts deposits via the following methods: bank transfers through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata; e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in your account dashboard.
Deposits are typically processed instantly during banking hours (07:00-21:00 WIB). Transfers made outside banking hours may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your account. sisi4d does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
All deposits must originate from accounts registered in your name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be refunded minus processing fees.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 12-24 hours to Indonesian bank accounts registered in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. You may request one free withdrawal per week; additional withdrawals may incur administrative fees as detailed in your account settings.
Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification and provide bank account details matching your registered name. sisi4d reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals or in cases of suspected fraudulent activity.
Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
All bets placed on sisi4d are final once confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing your bet selections before confirmation. sisi4d is not liable for errors in bet placement resulting from user mistakes, including incorrect odds selection, stake amounts, or match choices.
Sports betting odds are determined by our trading team and third-party providers. Odds may fluctuate in real-time based on market conditions. Live betting (in-play wagering) odds update continuously during matches. sisi4d reserves the right to refuse or limit bets at our discretion.
Sports bets are settled based on official results as published by the relevant governing body (FIFA, UEFA, PSSI for Indonesian football, etc.). If a match is postponed, abandoned, or canceled, settlement rules vary by sport and are detailed in our comprehensive betting rules available on the platform.
Casino games use certified random number generators (RNG) audited by independent testing agencies. Results are determined by RNG outcomes and cannot be altered after game rounds complete. Live casino games are settled based on dealer actions captured on video stream.
Togel (lottery) bets are settled based on official draw results published by Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, and other authorized lottery operators. Draw times and settlement rules are posted on the togel results page.
In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, you must contact customer support within 14 days of the bet being settled. sisi4d's decision on disputed bets is final and binding. We will investigate all disputes fairly, reviewing betting logs, game data, and relevant evidence.
sisi4d offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates.
Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager bonus funds before they convert to withdrawable cash. For example, a 100% deposit bonus up to Rp 1,000,000 with 10x wagering means you must place Rp 10,000,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings.
Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim promotions repeatedly, is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances. Only one bonus may be active per account at any time unless otherwise specified.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on sisi4d and will result in account termination, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:
sisi4d employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and monitors betting patterns, IP addresses, device fingerprints, and payment methods to identify prohibited behavior.
sisi4d provides betting and gaming services "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive to maintain platform availability 24/7, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for losses resulting from technical issues, server downtime, or maintenance periods.
We are not responsible for losses caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues, banking system failures, payment provider delays, or natural disasters.
sisi4d's maximum liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services is limited to the amount of your account balance at the time of the incident, excluding bonus funds.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. sisi4d is not responsible for gambling losses resulting from your voluntary betting decisions. We provide responsible gaming tools to help manage risk, but ultimate responsibility rests with you.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Before closure, you must withdraw all funds. Accounts with pending bets or active bonuses cannot be closed until those conditions are resolved.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if you violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in prohibited activities, fail to complete KYC verification, or for any reason we deem necessary to protect the platform or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use sisi4d services ceases immediately. Any remaining account balance (excluding forfeited funds from violations) will be returned to you after deducting applicable fees and pending obligations.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Indonesian law. Any disputes arising from your use of sisi4d shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and sisi4d.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, you agree to submit to binding arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia, conducted in the Indonesian language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
By using sisi4d, you waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against us.
